Use of the site

You may browse, link to, and reference the Site for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

We may rate-limit, block, or report any activity that breaches these rules.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, design, code, graphics, logos, photography, and the “Noor Ahmed” and “Noor Ahmed Ecommerce Solutions” brand marks, is owned by Noor Ahmed Ecommerce Solutions or licensed for our use, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may quote short excerpts of articles published in our Journal with attribution and a link back to the original. You may not republish entire articles, reproduce the Site's design or code, or use our brand marks without prior written permission.

Case studies on the Site reference clients and outcomes with their permission. Client logos and brand marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Forms and submissions

When you submit a contact form, newsletter signup, or any other form on the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We process submissions in line with our privacy policy.

Submitting a form does not create an attorney–client, consultant–client, or contractual relationship. A binding engagement only begins once we've agreed scope, fees, and terms in a signed document.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Noor Ahmed Ecommerce Solutions is established. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, except where mandatory local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
